Coach Tressa is a confidence and leadership coach, speaker, and community builder on a mission to help women rebuild their confidence and step into their next level with clarity and conviction.
But her work isn't just professional — it's personal.
After navigating her own rebuilding season — facing grief, a career pivot, and the quiet work of rediscovering her voice and learning to trust herself again — she created The Confident Woman Experience. A space built for women who are ready to grow, be supported, and become exactly who they're called to be, both personally and professionally.
She knows what it feels like to be stuck. To question your worth. To wonder if you'll ever feel like yourself again. And she knows what's possible on the other side of that season — when you have the right support and choose to take consistent action.
